Our Preferred Employer Program offers additional discounts and specials to employees of specific companies or organizations such as hospitals, schools, fire and police departments, along with all active and non-active military.
We realize that many of our renters dream of owning their own home. We want to help them achieve this dream! That’s why we teamed up with Lombardo Homes to create an exciting program with our renters in mind. Our Build Equity Program allows our residents to build equity toward purchasing a new Lombardo home while living in one of our apartment communities.
The New Home Buyers Transition Lease Program, is offered to all Lombardo new home buyers who need a place to live while in transition between their old home and the completion of their new Lombardo home. This program allows new Lombardo home buyers to sign a short-term lease at any of our participating communities.
The Hometown Heroes Program is offered to all EMS, Fire, Police, Military, Doctors and Nurses. This program allows residents to receive a discount on their monthly rent, along with a discounted deposit. This is our Thank You for your service to the community.
